Yes. If you are trying to lose weight, you should try to eat something in the morning, as it will raise your metabolism for the rest of the day. When you deprive yourself of food, your body will adjust its metabolism accordingly and try to conserve energy.

Perhaps. It has been shown that those people that eat several small healthy meals a day, including snack in between, get the benefit of a charged digestive system that boosts the metabolism, allowing the body to burn fat.
Breakfast could be a banana and a bagel, or PB+J, or a slice of leftover cold pizza. It's just a matter of letting the body know that you are not starving to death, food is abundant, and go ahead and process it.
If you eat one large meal at dinner, and frequently skip lunch and breakfast, and have no snacks... you are telling your digestive system that food is scarce, and store everything to the fat cells.
A wise man once said.. "Eat breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince, and dinner like a Pauper."

Most doctors would say yes and I too believe it will as will.
If you skip breakfast you tend to over eat for the rest of the day, taking in my calories then you body can burn.
That’s why they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I feel the difference when I skip breakfast and I feel run down by 9:30am and I see that I do over eat. So from here on out I eat at lease a bowl of oatmeal in mornings.

Not eating breakfast makes your body think it will be a long time before having food again so stores everything you do eat (mid morning or lunch time etc..) your body grabs onto it and stores it as fat*...Your body goes all night without food..and needs to be nourished to give you the energy and brain power to have a great day.
Should include some fibre, protein, vit. C ....
perhaps porridge with raisins and o'juice
or egg on whole wheat toast
fresh fruit salad
peanut butter on 1/2 bagel (toasted) 1/2 grapefruit
yogurt
Smoothy- milk or ice cream, banana, squirt of honey, ice cubes , blend.drink*
Anything.......is better than "nothing". So if trying to lose weight..you won't by Not eating *..
Waiting till noon or dinner time...you'll over eat..and snack on junk food.
If you eat a healthy breakfast, it gives you the energy you need for a longer period.
also nibble on handful of nuts, or carrot/celery sticks mid morning, maybe cheese and crackers,..and apple,

Hi there, yes that is true my friend, do you know that breakfast is THEE most important meal of the day dog, why you imagine you're laied there sacking out for 8 hours maybe more, so all that acid is in your stomach, wanting something to digest, for my breakfast I have, 1 apple, 1 banana, 2 slices of toast with margarine and honey on, a bowl of cereal with milk and a coffeee too with 2 sugars and milk, and looking at me am a slim guy, but healthy, do you know what am saying, take it easy...

i'm precisely the comparable, i ended ingesting breakfast around 3 hundred and sixty 5 days 9 for the comparable motives. i'm now coming to the top of three hundred and sixty 5 days 11 and that i'm nonetheless as skinny as I ever substitute into. so some distance as i will tell, that is a fallacy; yet apparently that is a few thing to do with acids burning your insides. i does no longer be too worried, i do no longer think of you will get fat :)

Not exactly. The reason people might say that is when you eat less often it slows down your metabolism (which burns calories). In reality, to keep a fast metabolism you should eat 6 small meals a day instead of three. Skipping meals do not help you. If you want to lose weight, you have to actually eat.

Yes, when you eat a healthy breakfast it kick starts your metabolism and helps you burn calories the rest of the day.

Essentially, yes. You need fuel to stoke the fire that is your metabolism. Without some kind of food, your body goes into what it thinks is starvation mode, and not only do you overeat later in the day, but your body hordes calories because it thinks you're starving to death, and you gain weight,

If it's a junk food breakfast - yes
If it's a healthy breakfast - no
If you eat small, frequent, and healthy meals you have a better chance of maintaining a constant metabolism and losing weight.
