transferring data from computer to iphone?

How to transfer songs, photos,videos etc from computer to iphone unlocked using ziphone.

i tried copying some photos from computer to iphone, but its not allowing me to paste.

Update:

pls let me know if i am doing anything wrong..

shud that be done thru iTunes?if yes..how....shud i do the sync etc?

    just drag and drop your songs and vids into itunes, plug in ur iphone and follow the instuctions given and sync it. its in the quick start guide that comes with the ipods, so i guess it comes with iphones?

    confident honestly. You shop the music you opt to a playlist/folder on your laptop. Then on itunes on the very suitable click record, then upload record to library. Your music ought to upload via itself. solid luck
