Is there a REAL competitor to Pappardelle's Pasta?
I found this company's ( http://www.pappardellesonline.com/servle... )line of products while on a business trip and I am trying to find out if this company has a real competitor selling a variety of similar products. There are lots of companies selling pasta... but not the types and variety I found with Pappardelle's. I would like to develop a supply chain for a near-future business and thought it would be a good idea to find out more. So far my Google searches haven't provided me with too much. Perhaps I am just not using the best search parameters. Any links are appreciated.

Added: OK, thanks for letting me know that the link was fixed. It looks like outstanding pasta, and being a pasta lover, I wish it were available in Michigan, which it is not. In answer to your question, I know of no other pastas that would be fair competitors. Good luck!
