What is the best teeth whitener? Are the strips better than toothpaste? Name brand better than generic?

I used Crest Whitestrips for a while. They work pretty well, but are amazingly frustrating sometimes. They tend to come off my bottom teeth and I think the gel on them taste absolutely disgusting. But everyone commented on how white my teeth are lol.

I use Colgate toothpaste with mini breath strips and I use Crest Pro Health mouthwash and whitener.

That's really all I can offer on that front. I guess the best thing to do is just try different things and see what you like the best.

the best ,the most gentle, and cheapest tooth whitener, I have found is just baking soda. I mix a teaspoon of it with some toothpaste and scrub away. The baking soda is slightly abrasive and will clean deep without harming your gums as some of the harsher ones do. It is not as fast as the other types but it works longer especially if you use an Oral B pulse tooth

brush whick also whitens teeth without anything but toothbrush because it cleans so well.
