help growing watermelons?

so about 2 weeks ago i bought a jiffy kids garden watermelon thing. the only thing the cup said was to add water and thats all i did and left it on my kitchen windowsil. well i put too much water in it at first and the cup is kinda moldey and i was wondering if i need to put them in something else? the plants started growing (there is three of them each about 2 inches tall) but the leaves are starting to get brownish on the tips of the leaves. is there a way to make them green again and to keep them healthy?

i dont know how to grow anything i tried last year with some other little kit that i bought at target but the bunnys ate them as soon as i put them outside and this year i dont want that to happen. so i was hoping for tips/advise on that as well.

Wild animals are going to eat anything you grow. Make a fence out of chicken wire. Put the wire into the ground about 6 to 8 inches deep so the animals will not go under the wire to get to your garden. Some gardeners even put the chicken wire across the top of the fence. You don't need to make an expensive gate, just over lap the fencing and tie it shut. Make sure they cannot get in at the bottom where you close your "gate".

I think that u should plant them somewher outside like in the yard or garden or something. I growed watermelon last year in my yard outside with the same seeds,it went fine but remeber it takes time to grow. And about rabbits! try to cover ur plants with a fence or somthing so rabbits cant reach it. Plants need a lot of sunlight & water to stay fresh. Goodluck!!

HEY NO OFFENSE---BUT LOOKS LIKE ABBYGIR--COPIED THAT OUT OF A BOOK, IT STILL DOES NOT ANSWER YOUR QUESTION, YOU WILL HAVE TO PLANT THE WATER MELONS OUT SIDE , BUNNIES OR NO BUNNIES, IF YOU WANT TO GET A MELON OFF THE VINE, IT WILL NEED PLENTY OF SPACE FOR THE VINE , LOTS OF SUNSHINE, FERTILIZER, AND WATER, IF YOU REALLY WANT TO GROW SOME THING TO EAT TRY CARROTS YOU CAN GROW THEM IN A DEEP FLOWER POT AND THEY DO NOT TAKE MUCH CARE, OR IRISH POTATO IN A 5 GALLON BUCKET, TOMATO PLANT WILL LIVE IN A 5 GALLON BUCKET ALSO

I think your seeds are dead. Put them in the trash and start with new ones.

They say you can grow watermelons like a vine and on a trellis. You can do cukes that way.

the children posted the sign because ,so that the farmer remove the watermelon which was injected by cyanide and and also farmer wil not touch any other watermelon ....... in that way children will continue to eat watermelons
