What is your opinion on the "pregnant man"case?

These people are a bit weird. First you have a woman who gets a sex change operation to become a man. Then you have this artificial male who then gets impregnated to have a child for his/her spouse. Why not stay a female and live with your female friend and save all the trouble of jumping sexes every other year...
