Okay, because I have kids, these are pretty new characters.
First: I would be Muriel from Courage the Cowardly Dog. She is always happy, and Courage always has her back.
Second: With how I really am, it would be Eduardo from Foster's Home for Imaginary friends. Basically I'm a spaz.

I'm not really like any cartoon character, but i would like to be bubbles from the power puff girls, because she's cute and also so I can beat up cartoon monsters.
