i got through the fire and the flames on my mp3 and when i try to play it it completly restarts my mp3 and wont even play. i got my mp3 about 2-3 years ago but this is the first issue please help.

check the file extension of the song. it may be wma and your mp3 may not support it.

I've noticed on my Ipod over time that when music files are played a lot they do tend to lose quality, one song even made my Ipod freeze.
I suggest getting a newer MP3 of it, maybe that could help.
