ok so my phone asked for my pin code like 10 times and i kept getting it wrong. then it asked for puk code but i have no clue what a puk code is and i cant exit out of it. i shut off my phone took out the batterie and memery chip and it still asking me what my puk code is. how do i find out my puk code if i cant exit off the screen.
