Wow, if you turned down all those (including There, which is like the ultimate teen online hangout) then you're being very difficult... there's one that I'm looking at now called Dream of Mirror Online that looks pretty interesting. There's also Second Life, but you need an ultra super mega computer to run it and a really high speed computer. It's really slow.
