red phosphorus!!is this guy telling the truth?

One of my daughters is dating a guy who keeps pretty much to himself but, when you see him,he acts a little weird.always in a hurry!!Now as a retired farmer I know many uses for this but,my daughter assures me that he uses it for "restoration business"that he does.Is she being honest or should I be concerned.I have grandkids in that house. My daughter has always been honest with me but,he could be fooling her.Maybe,I'm being paranoid but,I know it was one of the things they use to steal from the farm.Appreciate any advice and any tips of what I should look out for.

Update:

yeah it's scarry but,I don't want to call the cops without proof and alienate my daughter. She said he does fire restoration and furniture stripping is part of it.

I think you already know the answer.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meth

The stuff you are interested in is about half-way down the page. It lists some behaviors to look for. You'll also notice, a little further down, that the first ingrediant listed is .... red phosphorus.

I've hung out with several 'tweakers' over the years, and one sure sign is that this guy will have some really nice stuff...meth is big money. For example: He might have teeth that are rotting out, but drive a brand new , $40,000 truck. Or he may have a house that's falling apart, but dress very nicely. These things aren't always true...but many times, they are.

I would be interested to know what kind of 'restoration' he is doing, if he's not a cook.
