After Market Cruise Control, possibility, cost, and hassle?

I'm looking at installing one on a 2003 5 spd Kia Rio. Do they work properly? Are they difficult to install? Does anyone have any experience doing it on a similar type car?

    I looked around and you can get kits from $150-600. I do not have personal experience, but we have had a couple customers add cruise to cars they bought, and I have not heard any complaints. I would say this is a situation where quality should be top of your list.
