It depends on what grade of carpet you buy, installation is under $2 dollars a sq ft.

It all depends on the quality of the installation. Ask your buyer what they think is fair and raise it a little. If that seems wierd to you, google it. Choose your price by what other prices are and compare it to what friends and family think. That's all I got.
