Guess who just got fired??

Someone just got canned. 10 points to the first to guess it!

Update:

Wow. Please excuse the wrong punctuation! And, the use of the word "it" instead of "who"! I guess I was too excited! I am not a fan of this driver!!

Well, Tbone, I guess you get it. Although, you sound unsure :)

It was Mayfield. He will be replaced by Johnny Sauter immediately. Of course it was only a matter of time. However, this seems to be much quieter than his departure with Penske or Evernham.

Update 3:

What kind of question? I don't have anything else... I was just excited to spred the news! Not only excited for Mayfield to be let go (sorry to any fans) but happy for Johnny Sauter because he never should have been let go to begin with.

    Mayfield. I didn't guess it, I cheated and looked on Jayski.

    Jeremy Mayfield. I guess not much of a surprise there as he was struggling with the car pretty much all year. Sauter did better in that car last year than Mayfield has so far. Give Sauter his ride back and hopefully he'll be able to keep the car in the top 35 and run respectably for the rest of the year

    edit: I must say I'm happy about the decision to let Mayfield go and let Sauter back in. Sauter's a very-underrated driver.
