It means that you care about them alot and have a fear of them dying. It would be like the dream if it happened, so that means that you would feel lost if they died.

most likely, your freinds life is filled with drama; that would cause the dream. otherwise, there isn't really a meaning to it, but if she had taken some medication before going to bed (even nighquil) it can casue bad dreams, and her body is telling her to stop taking it. as for the itchy foot...i dont really think thats related. i don't think anything means your pregnant, but if you're cutious, there are always pregnancy tests

it's probably just fears about your friend leaving you.i've had dreams that my boyfriend,friends,and parents died.none of them have though,so don't worry.lol i think your mind just brings all the stuff you don't want to think about in to the open when your asleep,to face them.
