Law Books on eBay?
I've never bought anything off ebay but I do have a account.
I've found some law books that are really expensive if you buy them at a book store but somebody is selling some on ebay for a third of the price. How do I know I won't get scammed??
Because it's well over a $1000 worth of books for $300-$400 dollars.

The problem with buying most law books on eBay (and I'm assuming you're talking books intended for law school courses) is that these books are constantly coming out with new editions, so the book you buy on eBay may not be the same exact book your class is studying from. Sometimes legal cases are added, removed or changed. You obviously have to make sure you are getting the right edition, and often times this means the newest edition, which can be difficult (especially when you consider most books on eBay are used).
