Deep Fried Mac and Cheese

Prepare your fave mac and cheese, spread into a buttered shallow casserole dish. Cover surface with plastic wrap. Chill till firm.

Depending on the age of the kids: most kids love Chicken Nuggets (rather than on the bone) or pizzas. My grandkids love fruit platters and veggie/dip trays too ..... Get a cupcake cake from your local grocery bakery. Easier to serve, and neater for the kids to eat
