The best feature on my phone (actually I have a couple) is probably VZNavigator with Verizon Wireless. Turn by turn directions on my phone with traffic updates and more!!! Better than a GPS and billed only at 2.99 per day or 9.99 per month or free with certain plans.
I also thing the HTML ability on my cell is great to.
I have the Verizon Wireless voyager.

Definitely the nav. Though it was on my RAZR not on the Celly i got now. Miss it. Used it all the time with Sprint. Loved it

I have this thing where you can press about 11 buttons, and then talk to someone that's NOT near you. They can be in like a different state. It's wicked.
