my guess would be that someone (maybe the asker?) decided they did not like your answer, or took offense for who knows what reason, and reported it.
from what little you say, I see nothing wrong with your response, especially if it was to the point of the question.

I, too, am like the 2nd responder. Unless this was a sports related question, I cannot think of where a simple "get the point" would be an appropriate answer. Unless it's also asking something like, "What's a phrase that also means 'to understand?'"
I'd need more details on what the question was.

Because it wasn't an answer or question and for the same reason I got a violation for answering a question with- "NO".
Yahoo's rules are F'd up to say the least. I mean, how the heck can NO not be an answer? That is ridiculous!!!

Was "Get the point?" a specific answer to the question? If not, then it's a violation. Another user would have reported it. Y!A acted on that report or reports.

could be any reason, I doubt beasue they actually read your answer, they only read ones that are reported, and who knows why someone reported you, we live in thin skin times, and yahoo like youtube is pretty spine less in allowing freedom of speeh, yet keeping the flood gates open on porn, "f" words and down right character assasinations. I'm amazed on what is in may answers. now I will be kicked off as well, I'm sure I "offended (heaven forbid) someone. lol!

I agree it relatively isn't suitable. that's in Yahoo's coverage that they are able to delete your question/answer/despite, yet i think of you're suitable. they are able to't delete what the asker thinks is ideal answer. it relatively is only like asking "What coloration is the sky" on Y!A and while somebody solutions "gray, suitable now" somebody says "nope, can't p.c.. that one. that's incorrect. The sky is often blue. incorrect." it relatively is only stupid. you're suitable. thank you for sharing.

Some horse's Axx reported me for answering something that he didn't like. He was blubbering about some problem so I answered him. it was direct but not inslting. The guy was a sore loser and took it out on me.

You have said more then just get the point! You probably said something wrong! There are rules here you need to read them!
- Barkley HoundLv 71 decade ago
That does not sound like an answer unless it was some type of sports question.

Somebody probably reported it for being pointless. Yahooanswers does not want dumb answers cluttering their site.
