I need help with torrents, can you help me?
Yes, I know it is illegal, but this is the last option I have. I was trying to find a DVD of CMT Crossroads with Martina McBride and Pat Benatar, and was unable to find ANYTHING. I finally did find a torrent, and I downloaded it along with uTorrent. Once I finished downloading it, I went to play it and it only has the audio. Did I download it wrong? can someone help me? I am fairly computer literate, however, I know nothing about downloading Torrents, I know none of the language or anything, so please walk me through step-by-step. Thanks.
Can anyone suggest a working Torrent? I tried windows classic media and it said the file was missing codecs. I have no idea what that means,

your downloaded file works fine, the thing is you need to find out what file name extension it is, and then look at it on the internet what player can play you're sounds or video. because if your are using media player it wont works if the file extension not supported by winplayer. Also try to use other player like Divx, VLC and etc... i hope that will help...

what movie player software are you playing the movie with? the problem is probably because you don't have the correct codecs, just try downloading the codecs for the software that you are using and then it should work

You probably don't have the right codec installed for you media player... VLC media player has almost every codec in existence built in. Get it here: http://videolan.org/
It will certainly play your video.
