Difference between Asian veg and Jain Veg meals?

Whats the difference between Asian veg and Jain Veg meals? (like in Air travel)

    no root veggies (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, raw ginger--powder is ok), no cauliflower, tomatoes, eggs, most don't like mushrooms (they're also heterotrophs)

    Jain meals contain no garlic or onions
