I get the girls to notice me in a very subtle and romantic way. I sleep in my car outside of their house with binoculars. I greet them in the morning by placing flowers I steal from the neighbors yard on her porch before her husband gets up. Then I call her house in the afternoon and breath heavy into the answering machine.

Any of those will work. It just depends on what kind of man you want to meet. I've found that going to the topless bar at last call is a GREAT time to pick up guys.
