    Close your eyes.

Take the index and middle fingers on both hands and put pressure on your eyeballs through your closed eyelids.

You will need a moderate (but not excessive or painful) amount of pressure directly on your eyeballs.

You may need to do this for a minute or two. While putting pressure on your eyes, slow and steady your breathing. Take deep cleansing breaths. Your hiccups will slow down and eventually stop.

Putting pressure on your eyes this way suppresses the nerve in your brain that reaches down to your stomach and then to your diaphragm (the Vagus nerve). By suppressing the impulses from the nerve, the spasms your diaphragm is experiencing (aka "Hiccups") should stop.

Hold your breath for as long as you can. Hang upsidedown and drink water. Between every hiccup , count how many seconds between each hiccup. Thats all i know. Call the doctor or something.

And people, it is possible to hiccup that long. This guy had hiccups for 68 years. it says in the guiness books.

My son got them through my entire last trimester too! There's no way to prevent them; they are common because their diaphragms are not yet mature. I always gave my son diluted apple juice, because he loves it and would gulp some down quickly, which always made the hiccups go away. You can also try gently blowing in his face. This usually makes them inhale quickly, getting rid of the hiccups. I preferred the drinking method though. He quit getting them around 6 months finally!
