On yahoo answers?

Someone might have answered your question and then deleted their answer or either their account got suspended.

It's like the others have said, either it was removed by Yahoo or deleted by the Answerer. I deleted an answer this morning and on the question it still looks like there are 4 answers, instead there are now 3.

When it says you have 1 answer, and when you check there is none -- that means the Answerer has deleted their Answer.

Same with the 11 number & 10 answers.

that thing has occured when some one has the answer for you but lef the number ther but has no effect when it was deleted for the two reasons

- gotten reported or

-felt that the answer sound stupid so did to delete it

yep, there were 11 original answers but apparently the answerer or somone deleted the 11th answer.

The answer has been removed by the author or deleted by Yahoo.....

They probably deleted their answers
