What to do about those bitches in my office?

Silly bitches...Trix are for kids!

I use to deal with a bunch of catty b*****s at my old job and I would just ignore them and would never stoop down to their level. Unfortunately one of them moved up to management and fired me for no apparent reason. I looked at it as myself being a threat to them and I am glad I never lowered myself to their level. I may of gotten fired over nothing, but I still walked out with pride.

One last detail, I even took the issue to upper management and nothing changed. The way I look at things, I don't want to work for a company like that any way. I love my job now and don't deal with any cattyness.

Don't stoop to their level of bitchin'. I had a boss who was a total ***** but did it in a nice kinda way and she would feed off me showing that it pissed me off. Just be who you are, my mom always says "kill them with kindness", it eats away at them because they know they're not getting to you. If not, that's just the way they want to live their life. You're going to have to elaborate a bit more - what exactly is it that they are doing?

If they're being unpleasant towards you then just ignore them. It generally works because they just get bored of it and move onto someone else.

Alternatively, you could try and beat them at their own game.
