My dog has recently started to pee on me....?

I have a 1 year old neutered male Boston Terrier. I recently(3weeks ago) got a 9 week old Olde English Bulldogge pup. The two dogs love each other, they're practically inseparable! But just these last few days, my Boston has started to randomly pee on me. At first, I thought it was maybe because I was so tired and missed his signs of wanting to go outside. But just this evening he has peed on me 3 times! He has been outside plenty of times, so I know for a fact that it doesn't have to do with that. I have a feeling this is all somehow related to the pup, but I have no idea how to fix this problem. Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Update:

It has happened when he's excited, but it usually happens as a casual walk by pee- no excitement, or warning at all!

Update 2:

My Boston has been to obedience and did very well. There are still some situations that need fine tuning, but all in all he's a good little guy! Once the pup has all his shots, I plan on taking both of them to classes.

I have been trying to give my Boston that extra love and time alone together because I was worried that he would feel that he has to compete with the pup, but I'll try to make those times more frequent and see if that eases him.

You know how kids love to write their names all over their belongings? Same thing. He's very proud you are his, and he wants that new puppy to know it. Don't you feel honored? :)

This is a deliberate act. Scold him when he does this, and send him outside to think about what he's done. He'll soon learn it's no fun to be excluded, and if he wants to spend time with you, he best keep his leg down and his wee to himself.

You bet it has to do with the pup. You are part of the Boston's territory. It's not totally uncommon to mark an owner. Correct the behavior immediately. You need to spend some special time to let the Boston know he still has your affection, but equally important that he knows the bulldog isn't competition. Spend time with both together. Takes time & patience.

    Best of luck!

Do not spank your dog and rub his nose in it

this myth that rubbing your dog's nose in its mistake is abuse.

your dog is peeing on you because he is letting the other dog know that you are his territory, he is claiming you, i would correct this behavior by interrupting him, snapping your fingers to let him know that the sound of your fingers snapping means that he is misbehaving.

Your Boston seems to have problems with dominance, you can in -roll yourself in training classes with your dogs, to higher yourself in the pack, and become the pack leader.

I think it may be a dominance gesture. cause of the new puppy just maybe he feels that even though he likes the new puppy he's not gunna stop being the one you care about. so he makes his mark with pee.
