How can i get stronge muscle for football?
im going to be a freshman next year and i want to make the football team,but im not stronge or fast and i'm short......i wieght about 110 and 4'10, also i recently join a jym.Right now i have about 3 months before school start so im willing to put all my time and effort in to it. It seem to me that im out of shape with not much athletic skills so i really need to bulk up fast so please help me.....thank you!

Hey first off, dont pump juice, but when you are at the weight room, do a variety of things. Don't just focus on one aspect of ur body. Also something that works very well to strenghten your upper body is the perfect push up. You will see great results after using them. Make sure you run a lot to get ur lergs stronger, but squating does help. Also try to figure out what position would be best for you to play and rite now to me that seems like corner. You can develop speed just by running, but quick feet are essential. I hope i helped

lift everyday at the gym, and on the weekend rest. But after you lift weights be sure to run: laps everyother day, and sprints every other day. It'll all come together, in a couple of months my sophmore year, my bench went from 185 to 205

Hit the gym daily. Make sure that you eat plenty o f well balanced meals every four hours.
some meals can be substituted with protein drinks as well. In the gym make sure you hit the weights and do cardio to burn fat.

Sorry Kid ur jus to small to play Football In my freshman year I was 5'7" !60 and i could bench 175 u to short slow and weak ur not made 4 football try l like waterboy or cheerleader
