It could be several things - infection, haematoma (an accumulation of blood) which could be connected with the fight, it could be an unconnected lump that's only just decided to show itself, in which case it could be anything. If it's not bothering your dog then I would say you'll be fine to leave it until Monday, obviously if anything changes you'll have to rethink that.
Hope all goes well.

It sounds like an infection is collecting in there- keep an eye on it, follow the vet's instructions about the meds and antibiotics EXACTLY, call them on monday to bring him back in if they wish if it is still there then.

At least try to call your vet and see if they think this swelling it's serious, they'll take you if it is. And if they won't, go to your nearest animal hospital (most are open 24-7 and will not turn you around out the door ever!) and see if they think it need immediate attention. If he's on the antibiotics and stuff he should be OK, but I would still want your vet to know, to see if it's normal. He'll be happy to take your call!

Sounds like he may have developed an absess there. Your vet should give you some antibiotics and lance it for you on monday.
