what is the best pet lizard?

I'm a tad biased; but I think that besides Geckos and Beardies; that Blue-tongued skinks are the best pet lizards.
They are often referred to as the 'Cadillacs of the lizard world', and are very intelligent, docile, interesting, almost dog-like pets. They are a bit higher maintenance than most geckos (they require UVB lighting, they need about a 4x2x2 cage, they are omnivores, etc), but if you can handle that, then you really can't ask for a better lizard. :)

how about a mali? or um..a iguana if you want to invest in the time space and money they take. chameleons are very danty...i dont know much about snakes but im sure there just as fun!

dont get swifts or skinks. they are extremely fast and cannot be loved very well as a pet.
i used to work with them and just opening there tank to feed of water and they were nearly out every time
