Get a fan in Mickey colors and add a Mickey pull.

Agreed - you could add Mickey to the fan blades if you wanted to.

why not just make your own.  It may be cheaper and look better.  Choose the best fitting one to your surroundings, buy the stick ons or wall border or even print your own and decoupage it onto the fan blades.  Thats what I would do.  Other than that, maybe try disney.com or even amazon.com.
