Is it possible to survive a fall from the roof of a tall building?
A very beautiful woman was walking on the roof of a building and she suddenly trips over something and falls down. On her way falling down, an American man catches her, she says: “Oh thank you, you saved my life, I'll do ANYTHING for you…”The man says: “Okay then, sleep with me.”She says : “You PIG!! NEVER!!”So he says “FINE!” and he drops her down….So she's falling and screaming……………………..
Suddenly a German man catches her in the air from his balcony, she says:”Oh thank you, you saved me, I'll do anything that you ask…”
The guy says : “Fraulein, sleep with me.”
She replies: “Oh you nasty pig!!! NEVER!”
So the man says : “Fine!!!” and he also drops her down again.
She's falling and thinking that it was better if she slept with one of those men and now she's going to die.
Suddenly, a Muslim man catches the woman from his balcony, she says : “Oh thank you, you saved my life, of course I'll SLEEP with you!!”
The Muslim man replies : “Astaghfirullah!” and he drops her.
Oh, and of course, for the sake of considering this as a question, asnwer my question.

in this case- since she got caught by like 2 guys before- it seems like a pretty tall building!!

I don't know why but i don't find this story funny... as for ur question, i think it's possible to survive a fall in some cases but if it's a really tall building then the chances are really less.

I used to have a cat that liked to jump off the balcony 7 floors up he was shaken and little hurt but he healed well. He learned after a while not to jump at the birds just out of reach off the balcony I hope the animal is ok take care.

1.They have a higher chance of surviving if they fall from a taller building b/c they'll have time stretch.
2. They're flexible, and their skeletal structure will let 'em do that.

hmm, serious answer or funny one? well,seriously speaking, there are people who survived falls from tall buildings, but fatally fractured their spine, leading them to be bed-ridden for the rest of their life...=(..it can range from minor injuries to multiple fractures to death..( i know you were just kidding around with your q...just felt like a serious answer, for some reason..=/)

Well I heard news reports of a women who fell out of a PLANE and susrvived because when she hit the ground, her leg bones pretty much burst out of her shoulders and managed to somehow keep all vital organs intact, she was revived but she is paralyzed or something.
