Are you against animal cruelty?
In 2007, the 'artist' Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, took a dog from the street, tied him to a rope in an art gallery, and starved
him to death.
For several days, the 'artist' and the visitors of the exhibition have watched emotionless the shameful 'masterpiece' based
on the dog's agony, until eventually he died.
But this is not all... the prestigious Visual Arts Biennial of the Central American decided that the 'installation' was
actually art, so that Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat his cruel action for the biennial of 2008.
Please help stop this cruelty and sign this petition..

Thank you for sharing this information. I have signed and hope others will also. I will never understand why some people think it's ok to be cruel to any animal. We need harsher laws before this will ever stop.

While I think this "artist" is an evil ____. I think the people who visit an exhibit like that and do nothing are worse.
I'd end up in jail because there's no way I could go look at something like this and not intervene.
I'll sign.
Besides, I think if he does try and repeat this, the media is already aware and the protests will be huge.

Signed with the following comment:
"Please do not let this poor excuse for a human being exhibit his sad and sadistic so called works of art"

Absolutely I am against cruelty! My pug is on my lap right now and if something like that happened to her, I would want to see the person responsible rot in prison. That "artist" should be locked up!

I tried signing that petition twice, who in their right mind would do something like that and in the name of art, that is nothing at all!
I'd like to tie a rope around his neck and see how he feels!!!
And they have done it once, why do they blimmin want to do it again?!?!?!?
Stupid People!

Very much so. People that do this to animals may not stop there, as well. They may also continue their cruel treatment towards people. They make me want to vomit, and I believe they are mentally sick.

I do not find that to be art at all. I feel that is cruelty and feel that something should be done about that.
