What are some upper body( especially the back) exercises i can do while I'm jogging ?

I'm 19 and I want to lose weight( I weigh 170lb). I dont want to be skinny,not at all. I just want my body to be nice ( i would like that "V" shape in my back and a small stomach). Im thinking about losing 20- 30 lbs or whatever helps my main problem areas which is my back and stomach. I know i have to lose oveall weight but those are my focus points also. Help !!!!!!!

i would like that V shape in my back, i would love to be sexy for the summer. HELPPPPPP !!!!!

    For shaping your body (eg back) you should go to gym, for loosing weight jogging is the best. You should do both.
