My husband wants to know.........?

what he should do with his wife(being me!), if she just likes to sit on the computer, on her day off, and take a break from cleaning, and cooking. (If you are a girl you will know, that this is the furthest from the truth.)

Tell him to get a divorce. Then he will not have to worry about what you do on your day off. He will be too busy doing his OWN cleaning and cooking. Also he will be too tire from working overtime to pay you to have more days off...

Women need a certain amount of time on their own. Some men as well. More often it is women who need to be alone with time to think, reflect and digest their daily life. Even if they look like they are "just on the computer". Its just removing themselves from daily routine, and is very good for well being. Some read, some knit, and some google. Its also good for time to spend away from parteners, who are part of the routine. Its a good thing if it doesn't interfere with the life of the house. In fact, it usually improves the house. If you don't get that time alone, you can be all he doesn't want you to be.

Your husband should create a situation where there is something more exciting to do than be on the computer. A romantic or exciting weekend trip, going out, having fun. If better options are available odds are the wife will choose them over the computer.

100% both ways. When I am off I clean and get the house 100%. My wife like you sits on her butt and refuses to even make food when I come home from work. Fact is you have to offer, share and sacrifice to make it work. There are times when we all slip up and make no mistake I am one of those people but I do try to supprise and help around the house. Due to this fact my wife is leaving me [sorry-one of the issues being this topic].

Why should he care WHAT you do if YOU want to do it? You work, and generally clean around the house right? Does he???????

Two people need to share in both time dedicated to the family effort, and to time with each other, so if you are NOT spending time with your spouse when you should, then MAYBE he has a valid point? But, in general, it could also be a control issue, only you can really decide which is the case, and act accordingly.

I have been cleaning all day and know having a break. My partners been out playing golf. If he dared say anything about taking a break I'd hit him with a golf club. Well after we've been to the pub anyway!!

Awww he is jealous of the computer...lol!! Is that how he summons his maid by telling her she needs to cook and cleans and get off the computer? Looks like he doesn't know how to ask for his wife's attention...

Do you have a married girlfriend of yours that has a bored husband too, cause you could let them hang out and that would give you some freedom.

good joke done by your husband.

but it is technically possible.some electronic camera is there

(these are used in shops, mals etc) to watch the activities of others, who are in the range of the camera, these photographs

/movies can be stored in the computer. and latter on these can be seen again.

i do'nt think he is spying in this manner.

however you take it as a good joke.

Everyone needs some down time. What does your hubby do for relaxation? You aren't the energizer bunny, you will explode if you don't take some time for yourself.
