Are any of you offended by the freecreditreport.com ad?

I'm talking about the ad where this guy working at a seafood restaurant is dressed in a Pirates outfit singing a catchy tune about how he has to work in this restaurant because his identity was stolen and he didn't check his credit report to find out. In my mind, it insults anybody who works at a restaurant, especially Long John Silvers. Also, I don't understand if he had a better job why he would have lost it and had to work at Long John Silvers just because his identity was stolen. A stupid and offensive ad in my mind.

Update:

I guess the offensive part I see is that it demeans anybody who has a restaurant job as a loser. Maybe I should have used the word demeaning rather than offensive.

It's a stupid ad but I don't find it to be necessarily offensive. I definitely don't understand the connection between id theft and having to work in a restaurant, unless it's because some more "corporate" office jobs run credit checks prior to hiring people and the individual in the ad wouldn't have passed.
