    You can't compare the two. Whilst Gnomes are obviously a concoction of the human mind and do not exist in the real world, smurfs live and prosper throughout our planet.

    But in answer to your question, I would have to say Smurfs. They provide valuable resources to countries everywhere and have a valuable input and impact on the world economy.

    Smurfs have a nice color, but gnomes are far more versatile.Smurfs are really out this season as well...gotta go with those gnomes!
