Can't delete desktop icons!!??!!??
I have these two icons on my desktop that i cannot delete. The icons are Turf Battles and SWG-Trial-14Day. They were both not finished downloading, and when i try to delete them i get an error message that says "Cannot delete [File Name]: It is being used by another program or person. Close any programs that my be using the file and try again". I have nothing else running these programs and i don't know what to do (>,<!!!!!!!!) Help is greatly appreciated!!!

You have tried restarting your computer haven't you?
If you have, and their still there, try downloading this Unlocker. It will help you to end the process that is causing you not to be able to delete it. You can also do a force delete.
I've used this before and it has worked 100% of the time for me and I hope it does for you too :)

Start>Run>Type: msconfig>Select diagnostic startup>Restart>Then Delete Files>Go back to msconfig>Normal Startup.
All this does is eliminate all startup programs that are not essential to windows so no extra processes running. Then you put it back to normal.
