Uhmm, it's quite impossible to make mills in 30 minutes. Just stop trying to find a get rick quick guide & get your skills up. Once they're high you will make loads. I suggest runecrating, till you can get to nats, or mining/smithing...anyway, good luck!

If I were to come across 30,000 I would give it back. No telling what type of people are the owners of that money. They might try to kill me to get it back if they found out I spent it. But if I did decide to keep it. I wouldn't give it to charity or give the people back half of their money. 30,000 would probably only last you about a year if that long. Depends on your spending habits.
