The tickets for the Pope's visit to Yankee Stadium have all been distributed by local Roman Catholic churches to their members. He will not be visiting Yonkers.
According to the website operated by the Archdiocese of New York, there is an opportunity to see him briefly on 5th Avenue in New York:

On Saturday April 19th, 2008 the Holy Father will be travelling up 5th Avenue from the area of St. Patrick's Cathedral to 72nd Street in the popemobile at 1:15 PM.
Join the thousands coming out to greet the Holy Father and receive his blessing. No tickets are necessary. This event is open to the public. Note: This is standing room only. We suggest that you arrive early.

The pope is going to be in yonkers this saturday april 15th. however it is a youth ralley for kids at a seminary. each church only had a few tickets, my brother got his directly from the bishop,
