    Depends on how specific you want to be...

    If it is a constant speed and you figure 5GBs to be 5368709120 bytes, then you get a speed of 596.523 KBytes/sec.

    or if you figure 5GBs to be 5000000000 bytes, then you get a speed of 555.555 KBytes/sec.
