Which yugioh deck is better?

well on my opinion macro is dead this format but your pc ladd deck is good but it need some changes + 1 d-draw - 1 prophecy - 1 soul 1 pot and 1 scapegoat + 3 valleys with those changes go pc ladd but if u dont wanna go pc ladd just go macro

It's just a crappy beat down deck. If your playing traditional rules, you have no chance against a chaos deck. Too many traps, too. I stick with no more than 5 or 6. Don't play by the new rules, that's crappy. I only play traditional, and everyone I know does too.

Definitely the macro/monarch deck.

I love Monarchs so you're making this hard. I'm gonna have to go with Macro Monarchs because I've been beaten by them more than Light/Darkness Dragon.

the second deck. since it removes monsters from play, it can slow down a dark armed dragon deck
