A friend of mine took 1200 mlg of vicodin, and she is about 120 lbs. Do you think she can overdose?

She normally takes about 1000 mlg to take away her back pain

Update:

Its hydrocodone at 500 mlg each and she took 2 1/2

vicodin contains a high amount of acetaminophen or Tylenol.Acetaminophen is very damaging to the liver if consumed in excessive amounts over long periods of time. Ten to fifteen grams of acetaminophen in a twenty four hour period can result in severe liver toxicity. Fifteen to twenty grams in one day can be fatal.

OK- VIcodin is a mixed drug- part acetominophen, part hydrocodone. Just how many tablets of what strength did she take? If it is 1200 mg of acetominophen ( Tylenol, no, she is not in great danger. If she took enough to get 1200 mg of hydrocodone,I doubt you would be asking on YA, because she would be dead or in the hospital.
