It is called Mexamericanada. I have read on a couple of web sites that a super highway (I believe called the North American corridor) is already under construction. One of the reasons for this would be to make it easier for large corporations to have their manufacturing plants in Mexico, and still be able to transport all the way to Canada without having to wait to go through customs, not to mention all the fees that go along with that. And yes, this would not be bound by our Constitution. One more thing, you should go to this site http://www.northcom.mil/About/index.html and see how the US and Canada military have formed a civil assistance plan. The Canadian military can now come into the US.

Our presidential candidates wouldn't be coming up with reformed immigration plans and trying to secure our borders if there was this "North American Union"
