I would love to have dinner with Heath Ledger in a quiet, comfortable and spacious restaurant with a great ambience.

We would have something simple like steak and salad - so we could talk without any fuss

Loads of red wine so we could relax and talk endlessly

I would prefer someone that's alive with a lot of money in a nice restaurant with the hopes that they would pay the bill.
