if in the matter or taking someone to court can text messages be used as a form of proof?

if someone is the primary account holder and it came from their number can it be used to show relavance or will the court look at it as irrelavant? im trying to take someone to court and most of my proof is through texts.....

how can they be easily tampered with they have the time and date on it and shows the persons number....you cant mess around with it if its on ur phone u cant change the date and time or anything

    I'm not a lawyer but, I think texts would be admisable. They are timed and dated after all. And if the person your sueing is the primary account holder then I don't see why not.

    Absolutely they can. You can get records of txt messages from the phone company.
