The marriage lasted 3 years seperated 30 years, what am i entitled to both irish and living in ireland

    Well I don't know how it works legally in Ireland, but I would think that if you've been separated for 30 years then you both should be well established on your own by now.

    Talk to a lawyer. Why after all those years, I wonder? Has he amassed a great fortune that he doesn't want to share? Kind of strange, innit?
