well i am on level 5,and i got there with one violation,which did disapoint me,but apparently lots of people have recieved them,i wish you well,peace.on the left side of the answers page where it says whats going on with answers,click on there.

Who do you consider official? Someone from Yahoo Answers staff, perhaps? Ain't gonna happen. They don't answer questions. Look at the leaderboard. There are hundreds of folks who have reached level 7 and would have gone way beyond that, if Yahoo had added another level or two.
