ok if you just got it 3 weeks ago, the phone is still under warranty so just take it to the store you got it from or just call the service provider you're with and tell them your phone stopped vibrating, they will tell you to turn it off and stuff, just tell them you've already done that, and that you just got the phone and already has problems, after that they're going to tell you ok we'll send you a replacement phone and you'll be all set...been there done that =]
hope that helped
good luck

Do you live in Canada, if so call your data technical support line - they will replace your BB for free.
But since it is less than 30 days, you should be able to take it back to where you bought it from for an exchange. Tell them your phone is "DOA" - and the defect is that it wont vibrate anymore. The sales rep will try and fix the problem by him/herself and if they cant, they will swap it out for you.
Goodluck.

Handbrake is a great DVD ripper and I believe it should be able to rip to a PSP friendly file (Last I remember files that work on the iPod also work on the PSP).
