i feel hungry after about 15 mins even when i first had (a lot) of food..

Not sure! I always thought caffeine was an appetite suppressant, not an appetite stimulator!
One thing i do know is that caffeine makes your stomach produce more acid, so maybe that's what's triggering your hunger.

I would guess because coffee is a stimulant and your body probably thinks you're increasing your activity and therefore needs more calories
