Wikipedia image upload?
I uploaded this picture onto wikipedia, however it says that I lack of some licensing or something. Can anyone provide step-by-step of what to do. Thanks in advanced.

First, ensure that the image is free to use. Just because you copied from someone's website does not make it fair use. Someone took the picture. That person owns the copyright on the picture. Only that person can mark it as fair use. If you cannot provide a valid reason to use this person's picture without the person's permission, the image will be deleted. In the end, it is best to go and take a picture yourself and upload that with the "It is my photo and I'm allowing anyone and everyone to use it" license.
Assuming you can get permission to use the photo, you need to update the licensing info. Choose one of the tags from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Image_copyr... that best fits your image. Just copy the {{xxxxxx}} to your image's page (replacing XXXXXX with the tag you want to use).

There's an upload link at the bottom left box. ("Upload file") Use it to upload the image. It has to be already on your computer though. Also, make sure the image is small enough and under the limits they've set before trying to upload. Otherwise, you'll get an error.

Although you've used a fair use rationale template, you haven't actually tagged the image as fair use.
Bots, or computer programs, check for little issues like this and it was flagged as "lacking licensing" because it didn't say explicitly that the page was copyrighted.
Replace the "{{di-no license|month=April|day=15|year=2008}}" on the page with "{{Non-free fair use in|SMKBUD4}}" and this will solve your problem.
